Limited Capacity full

As more schools and school systems utilize Project Based Learning to achieve Deeper Learning outcomes, they often encounter implementation challenges. Teachers love PBL and know it can deeply engage their students. Unfortunately, many schools and school systems don’t have the structures and conditions in place to facilitate this type of learning. If we want deeper learning in our schools, we need to create new and better systems to meet our desired vision. In this deep dive, participants will leverage systems thinking constructs to understand their current system and deepen their thinking around how to create a true learning organization that promotes the use of PBL with both students and adults. Participants will collaborate to design new systems to address their implementation challenges and create prototypes to achieve deeper learning outcomes.
