Limited Capacity full

Changes at the school level are often hard to “hack,” and how do you know if what you think needs to be changed will be impactful for students? In this Deep Dive with the School Retool team, we’ll explore how a deep empathy experience lead to insights and aspirations. We’ll then try on a hack mindset and use designable levers for change—like role, ritual, and space, to take first steps toward change at your school. We’ll hear from experienced School Retool hackers as we brainstorm based on big ideas from Deeper Learning schools, and work together to design hacks that you can try at your school right away. Before you come, join the Shadow a Student Challenge and experience life as a student in your school. In the Deep Dive, we’ll debrief the shadow experience and design next steps for action.
