For Deep Dives offered on Thursday 3/29, please select 1 experience from the list of Deep Dives (red icon type) and add it to your schedule. This is an immersive and interactive experience that culminates in an exhibition.

For all other conference events, including Workshops offered in Round 1, Round 2, and Round 3, please select your preferred sessions and add them to your schedule. Workshops will run on a first come, first-served basis. If the room is full, please select another session to attend.

Sharla Harris is the counselor at Inola High School and works with students in grades nine through twelve concerning the social/emotional, academic and career aspects of the high school experience. She also teaches advanced mathematics and coaches the Pride of Inola Colorguard. Additionally, she is the Director of Gifted Education and District Test Coordinator for Inola Public Schools. She is a sixteen year educator and was named Teacher of the Year for Inola High School in 2013. Sharla holds a BS in Applied Mathematics from the University of Tulsa, a M.Ed. in School Administration from Northeastern State University, a M.Ed. in School Counseling also from Northeastern State, and is currently in her third year of the Educational Administration, Curriculum, and Supervision Ed.D. program at the University of Oklahoma where she is studying the importance of teacher preparation in Deeper Learning. Sharla is married and has three children. In her spare time, Sharla and her family enjoy traveling Route 66 as well as attending Major League Baseball games around the country.
